Oh my God. Oh, this is so good, so so very good.

You scared me countless times, you know that? You did tell me the truth, that it's gonna be painful to read, and it is, but I find that right. It's realistic, from her standpoint, even if it's not completely fair at times, but that's exactly how the life is. I love how you write John and Elizabeth, how long and difficult it was to reach that point where she could finally use the words like family, home, love. Such hard fight, and they were both lost, and she was angry and John totally broke my heart and he was sweet and wonderful as I always pictured him. I understand now what you meant when yous aid you needed to write this for yourself. It's beautiful.

My favorite line? Among so many others it has to be this one:

Then he sighs. "The IOA is going to have a coronary."Yes!!!! Yes yes yes yes, can we all be done with them? I laughed out loud, that was the moemnt when things truly slid into place, for me at least. Amidst all that ANGST you made me laugh out loud

Aly is definitely an awesome enabler and I have no doubt her contribution and prodding skills have been invaluable! But it's you, there is so much of you in this story - or perhaps I'm reading it wrong - but I can see and read here so many things we discussed and talked about ever since we met.

I'm not sure if you realize how deeply this story has touched me. Are you aware, can you even imagine? I simply can't shake it off, and can't stop repeating sections and scenes and words in my head, I really want you to know that, how much I love it, how much I appreciate that you worked so hard to finish this. And finally, there are not enough words to thank you. I can just stay in awe and hold onto the bittersweet feeling of it.
