There are so many horses in need for so many reasons...which, of course, makes the constant addition to the numbers for the production of a drug that is not safe for the users and for which there are far better and safer alternatives all the more heinous. And there's also the fact that there are older PMU foals, now adults, being floated around the area...not everyone who takes them keeps them.
Especially to come into her stall to "help" me with cleaning.
Funny, and you know I've had guinea pigs do the same thing. Mine live in a 3 story condo (connected by ramps) and my usual routine is to spot clean out each level at a time, and I've had pigs show up, plop themselves right in the middle of where I'm working - they seem to think it's a cool game.
The rabbit also takes any opportunity to try to hop into the pig cage while I'm cleaning it. He has to prove he is the boss of them.
Yup. The Minis do it too...but they're a little easier to chase out. And, of course, it's not so much different, other than dealing with waste products, than the dogs getting on the bed when you're changing it. It's just so much fun! LOL
