Looks like I put off replacing my tablet's pen nib for too long. The site says that in order to replace it you must first use a pair of tweezers to grab and remove the existing one ... but ... mine's so flat I can't grip it

Ick, the tip of mine just screws off, so I can't really help you. Good luck though, it would suck if you had to replace the entire pen. ;__;
