Hey look! It's.... Someone who hasn't been around in a while. Ranmaru's been on an extended vacation due to personal issues, and has just now decided to wander back to the sign. He takes a seat on a nearby convenient nexus couch(tm), and gets to work polishing his nodachi.
He says nothing for a long while, seemingly engrossed in his work. Finally, he lets out a sigh and places the sword across his lap, staring at it for a minute before looking up at the area.
"Hypothetically speaking... say you had a job, rather, a purpose that you devoted your entire life to, but suddenly that was all taken away. You couldn't just move on, because that purpose was all you knew. What could you do?"
