Another new arrival to the Nexus, a young man who looks twenty-ish. He walks for a while, observing, before arriving back at the sign and asking his required question.

He has a pleasant voice, but there's something cold and inhuman in his eyes. "Does this place have a leader...? If so, I would like to speak to them."

As I said, this place touches on all possible worlds. That includes the world you're from, and reflections of it that vary only subtly.
