There's a young girl in the Nexus. Skinny, pale, about seven years old with long brown hair in a neat braid; sneakers, bluejeans, rose-pink long-sleeved shirt. She has a watch-like PINPoint on her wrist, and the end of the band sticks out considerably. There are smooth black crystals attached to it. She has the same aura of light and dark that Basi has, but less defined; she also has similar features.
She's been wandering around for a while, mostly staring in wonder or severe confusion, and keeping her distance. Now she comes across the Sign and reads it - quickly for a kid her age, and squinting. She sits nearby, back to the sign, and swings her legs idly as she thinks. Her shadow isn't moving *quite* in time.
'Um. I have a question ... what's amme--amny--amnesia? 'Cause nobody'll tell me. Does it mean when you have memories but they don't feel like yours?'
(( For any pups who can tell, this is not a LOL. Basi was examining a device that uses time magic and got herself caught up in a strange effect. The magic is stable enough, for the moment, and won't do a bit of harm to anyone else.
*edit - Basi has the ability to sense auras and energy, and the effect hasn't changed that, but she currently doesn't have the control to stop. Notes on what she'd see/sense from your pup are much appreciated!*
