Yes. Very, very personal. Revenge is when you want to hurt someone and watch the pain in their eyes when their world crumbles into nothing.

"I want justice very badly, but this is a personal matter. I don't want my judgment clouded." He shakes his head and puts on the Big Diplomatic Smile. "It's a pleasure to meet you."
