The colonel nods, "Enjoy it while it lasts, Fullmetal." Was that a backhanded compliment? Considering that tone, I think it was. Now he's mumbling some things about unfair Lols, because there's no way the shortest of the Edwards over the age of ten could actually hit this kind of growth spurt, and how it'll never last. Edward might not hear him because his ears are too far up. You'd think Roy could at least be grateful that Edward didn't arrive a couple days earlier....
