Just out of idle curiosity...

And since I've got nothing but time on my hands right now.

Women... more trouble than they're worth?

"Sometimes. But some of us are worth all the trouble, and more."

I'd be more likely to believe that if I hadn't been stuck in the same damned spot for years now.

"Maybe you just picked the wrong one."

Maybe. But no one else has caught my interest. Suppose I'm gonna be lonely either way.

Whether or not anything is worth the trouble depends upon how much one values that which they desire, and how much the cost is to reach it.

*nods* I suppose in this case, it's not whether or not the woman herself is worth it. She is. It's just all the frustration that goes along with it...

If that is indeed the case, then it would seem your decision is already made, and you merely question instead your resolve to follow through.

((Incidently, if it weren't for the fact that I really haven't seen the series recently enough to do a good job of it, I'd be badly tempted to start RPing the Major just to reply to this whole post...))

Yeah. I guess that's probably it.

((Sadly, we had one here for all of... ten seconds, and then she was gone. I'm striking out on finding anyone else doing Ghost in the Shell.))

In general I think they're worth all the trouble. Some are worth even more.

I try telling myself that, but it gets damned frustrating, you know?

I'm pretty low maintenence. My guy appreciates that. But then again he's a hard core Buddhist so he doesn't need much of anything.

He's a lucky guy, then.

Major... er. Well... you know. It's something to do. *shrugs and tries to look un-bothered by this* Never know what info could be useful.

Hm, advice on how to deal with a ladyfriend must be very useful for you, then.

I was just trying to ...get an idea of what the general consensus was like.

You're not going to believe me if I say it was Ishikawa's idea, are you?
