Alexander and Lain sauntered in. Alexander had a cardboard Burger King crown placed meticulously on his head. And Lain had a Dairy Queen crown perched crookedly on her head

Parties are always a good way to celebrate. And they have the added function of helping everyone work out the social pecking order.

Teach them to deal whith the stress better, and to fight better or at least defend themselves better.

He leaned forward slightly too. "Because you're just that kinda gal."

"One who would know that you've had practice?" She smiled, leaned even closer and pressed her lips against his.

Not entirely a surprise, he thought. But completely pleasant.

He smiled. "Well that, my dear, would be my first kiss."

She smiled sweetly. "Oh dear. I have stolen your FIRST kiss from you? My, my. Would you like for me to give it back?"

He laughed. "I'd like that. Very much."

"As you wish, my prince." She said softly giving him a slightly longer kiss.

"Thank you," he murmured.

"Anytime." She wispered back.

"I'm glad. You're the only one...that I can trust."

[lain_lacroix]

"As are you."

[alexandermalk]

He bowed down to her and kissed her hand gently.

She smiled and, indeed, did blush. "A prince should never have to bow down to anyone."

"I know." He bowed again.

[lain_lacroix]

She smiled, her blush deepened. "A unusual prince, you are."

[alexandermalk]

He laughed. "The most unusual. And probably the first openly malk."
