It is. It's a talking cat that is blinking kitty blinks at you.

"Mow?" Snowkitty looks very confused. Cats aren't supposed to talk.

[cat_and_mice]

"Yes?"

[icemasta]

Snowkitty wants to know how the other cat's doing that. He steps forward and sniffs.

[cat_and_mice]

The marquis shifts away slightly. "May I help you?"

[icemasta]

Snowkitty keeps pushing the issue. Invoking his powers of Decepticat cuteness, he licks the marquis' nose.

[cat_and_mice]

"Augh!" is approximately the sound the marquis makes, only slightly more catlike and yowl-ey. He jumps back, fur rising.

[icemasta]

"Reow!" Snowkitty also skitters back, watching the other cat warily. This is not a normal cat, even if it looks more normal than the Mewtwo thing.

[cat_and_mice]

He calms somewhat, fur smoothing down. "...Don't lick me, please."

[icemasta]

Snowkitty gingerly approaches him again. "Meow," he says, looking quite cute and very very sorry.

[cat_and_mice]

"All right. But no licking. And be careful where you stick your nose."

[icemasta]

"Mrow." Snowkitty walks up alongside the other cat and nuzzles his side. Be nice to him, he's such a cute cat. "Reow."

The marquis can communicate with animals easily in any form, and this is no exception. He nuzzled back slightly, in question, and meows as gently as possible, What do you want, little one?

How are you talking? You're talking in my ears, not talking in my head like the Mewtwo thing. How's that work? Snowkitty tilts his head curiously.
