The Russians bought Livejournal a few months ago, and there has been a large increase in real Russian users, that's why there are so many support requests in Russian.
You can't delete a person who adds you, but if they are a Russian Bot, you can have them suspended: Livejournal Abuse suspend any journals you report to them, but make sure you go directly to Abuse, because Support suck and will tell you that you can't do anything about it. here's the link: http://www.livejournal.com/abuse/report.bml
You're smart to google the entries in those journals, most people don't!
I'm afraid I don't know how they could have stolen a friends only post - unless you accidentally re-friend one who added you? But you seem smarter than that, so I really don't know. :(
Every morning, when you wake up and check livejournal, look around to see if there are any Russians hanging around. And if there are, you gotta go up to them and ask, ‘What are you doing here?’ and if they can’t give you a good reason, it’s our responsibility to say, you know, ‘Shoo! Get back over there!
