Summary: Dean and Sam feels ready to get more children, so they visit the fertility Idol again, but does not expect what will come.

With the help of Sam Dean was placed on their sofa. It was for a change of scenery, to not only see the walls of their bedroom, which he probably would see a lot of later. The twins had, with a lot of help from Bobby, built a few cribs. The twins had mostly painted them and chosen the bedding. Now they wanted to show Dean their work.
He was crying because of their joy to be of help. At first both the twins had thought something was bad when they saw the tears.
"Come here Mary and Ann." He called them and when they stood at the sofa's side he hugged them in turns as well he could. "I'm crying as it is such a nice gesture you have done for the little ones. I love you."
They smiled and crawl up beside him, though they didn't stay long before they found something else to do.
After that Sam had put the cribs in the room opposite theirs then he came and sat down beside Dean.
"Do you think it will be long until they are born?" Sam asked Dean. "How are you feeling about being as big as a house?"
"I have no idea. I feel quite good, no awful contractions or Braxton-hicks. Did we do wrong to not go for any exams?"
"So far it's gone well, but I think we probably should not wait too long."
"I don't want to. I'll stay here." Dean sharply said.
Sam could hear that if he pressed much more Dean would lose the good mood he was in, though he had to add, "I want you here too, but if there are any complications and I don't think you would be able to deliver all natural." Sam had started to caress the belly so Dean wouldn't burst out in to a fit.
Dean was silent for a long moment, so Sam started thinking he would not answer. "Can't you find any that will help us here?"
When Dean asked he would do what he could.
