I can finally use up all those points I've earned from CDJapan! o(^o^)o
I won't be pre-ordering the English fanbook, but will order it the day it releases. $8.00 and free expedited shipping from Barnes & Noble is worth the wait.
God, I'm such a cheapskate. ^^; But maybe I should make a post on how to save money? *lol*

(on the page yukiya_ayase linked to)
and it's only $20!?!?
that's under 10 cents a page, not including the cost for the cover (although, if it's paper back, then that wouldn't be as big a cost as hardback)
And that is very, very, very cheap. Especially for colored pages... And particularly for an artbook!

The fanbook is mostly text with SOME colored pictures/illustrations but 7/8 of the book is black and white and text. That is why it is 200 pages long and still around $20. The original Japanese price of the fanbook is actually 680 yen (around $8).
For the COLORED Hino Matsuri Illustrations Artbook, now that is just right for around 1890 yen ($20) because it is NOT 200 pages. Amazon has it listed at 91 pages and that page count (for a fully colored book) is just a reasonable price (enough to cover printing costs so please please support the book! X3).

I did not notice that, thank you :)
I was trying to figure out how that was possible (let alone for them to make a profit off that), and that explains a LOT XD

And thank you for the link, do you happen to know which one has the fastest shipping?

I hate to be a bother, but does anyone know how accurate HMV's predicted delivery date is? It's telling me to expect it the day after tomorrow... And whilst delivery is costing me £10 that seems remarkably quick considering they need to get it from Japan to England. (*Doesn't want to get hopes up for early delivery.*)
Anyway, I can't wait for it. Thanks, Sagakure, for making it impossible for me to miss the opportunity to buy it by constantly reminding us all. *In your debt* XD
Sorry if I seem hyper. It's 11pm, I've had two bags of sweets, and I'm going into fangirl overdrive at the prospect of having the art book by wednesday. (*Fangirl screaming*)
