1. Heard a kookaburra in person
2. Slept under the stars -- one particular memory: school camp, sleeping on the beach on Hinchinbrook Island, just inside the tree line. There were king tides and the water rose to just behind our heads at night. Now that is an experience, sleeping so close to the breaking waves.

Oh yes! That's still a big one, although Qantas have kind of co-opted it. I quite like the song, though, especially the verses.

My work's alright. Going a bit slow. I found out I'm going to be tutoring this semester, so that's exciting/scary.
