I went to Mamma Mia! today, and while it was some hilarious entertainment, it was not quality theatre. There's only so many times I can take the stage being plunged into darkness with a spotlight on one person singing, while everyone else onstage freezes and acts like they can't hear. There are a few more scenes and songs in MM, but mostly it was much like the movie. Oh, and they change the nationalities of the characters to suit the actors; most of them used their Australian accents.

Yeah, we get Glee, and we're all caught up. I loved that episode!

I enjoyed the movie, but it was just a romp, and a giggle, and highly implausible. Wicked sounds more interesting.
