Wow, what a seamless transition from the Garden Room to the dream world! It really took me a moment to realize what had happened. I can't believe you can wrap this up in one chapter, but I'm sure it will be a doozy of a chapter.

Yeah - it's just a throw away gag, but given (among so many other factors) the exploitation of black artists and race relations at the time -- yeeowch. Not a very funny one.

I really like how they just kind of slide into the virtual reality, which btw is even creepier now with that attic and mirror.

I've just been bouncing along, happily oblivious, "lalala nice story lala", until WHAMMO you smack me one. This is so excellent, and I'll be sad to see it end (but I can't wait to see what happens)!
