Summary: [Drabble] I'd intended to write something for the holidays, but it didn't happen. Instead, here's a meeting at midnight.
There night is cold and clear and stars are dusted through the ink-dark sky above them, winking conspiratorially. A breeze whispers in their ears, and they lean closer together.
“I have a job tomorrow.”
“Then so do I.”
“I think I need a break from the bad doctor.”
“You think you’re the only one?”
“So come with me.”
Shego’s eyes are twinkling with starlight, but Kim isn’t so far gone that she’s stupid, and can see what’s twinkling under that. Anything Kim has to say to that would spoil the moment, and they don’t get many.
She kisses her instead.
