I was. Not so much anymore. A year and half of sitting around the house has not done me good. What is there is also totally lacking in muscle.

My suggestion? Find some kind of fun exercise thing you can do. Whether it be joining a gym, or squash club, or just going for a run a couple of times a week. Apparently exercise is good for you - and will also increase serotonin levels in your brain (supposedly) so could help make you feel happier too. :D
Just don't forget that there's a massive difference between being overweight and being underfit. One doesn't matter, the other does.
