Today Socrates died in my arms....Not sure why but it was scary quick. i just found her lying down panting on some laundry and then she got up walked a few steps and laydown had some sort of sesure and went limp. she died on route to the vet

Sorry to hear that man. Sometimes the death of a pet seems so much more harder to deal with than a human life.

Same advice given here as in all other times of death - spend more time reliving happy times and being thankful for the time you got to share rather than grieving for them not being here anymore.
