I came over here from reading that awesome little ficlet you put on tf2007, and I like this little foray into justifying the ol' clangclang, but there's a lovely little gem you missed.

Sex is essentially an exchange of genetic material, DNA is coded to have all the instructions on how to make our bodies and such. In other words, information.

We get feel good happiness when we talk to people, when we exchange even meaningless packets of information. And we fall in love with the people we can have deep conversations with.

Communication is important with sapient creatures, it reinforces the bonds between them/socity, and it's all about information. Exchanging information is a GOOD THING, for humans and for Transformers.

Just look at what Frenzy did when he was hacking the computer!
