School's completely worn me out, heck knows why. These two first days, the teachers have been doing very little other than going over syllabi (...Syllabuses? Both look wrong...) and rules.

It's kinda weird being an upperclassman. All of a sudden, I know a ton of people. Huh.

So, I come in to the counselor's office today, all mentally prepared to take the AP exam, and guess what happens?

They tell me they made a mistake on the note I was sent, and the exam actually took place yesterday. I can't take it now because of the national exam factor and whatnot.

You know, I'm really having a lot of fun reading Hamlet. It's funny, because a lot of people complain that authors like Shakespeare or Homer are boring because they're impossible to read, but although the language does take some getting used to, I really like the way it flows and I think the images it evokes are quite vivid... though that might ( Read more... )
