Heh, it's one thing to believe the Bible is true, it's another to believe that the Old Testament God is the same as the New Testament God.

There's the difference.

In the end, literal interpretation of all parts of the Bible baffles me, however.

-snorts- What. the hell. Yeah. Actually. Yeahhhh. I got that alot when I was like "Hey so if gay people are like EVIL INCARNATE. Why aren't cheaters stoned to death in a rock-throwing spray of gore?" And they were like "Caaaause, only the gay applies to now, stupid."

And I was like Wow my brain just felt like it was shredded with a cheese grater and then strained with a colander.

Pretty much what they said was "GAY PEOPLE ARE EVIL CAUSE WE CHOOSE TO HATE THEM FOR THEIR SIIIIIIIIIIIN--ahem I mean, I looove the person, but I hate THE GAY."

Cheating's not okay, but it's worse to be gay, since 'wandering' is only human nature and gay is completely unnatural like humans banging animals. :| :|

And because humans naturally 'wander' then they shouldn't be stoned to death. :\ Not that I want them to be stoned to death... but to uphold Leviticus when it's been completely remade by the New Testament....... -headpalm- Stupid hypocrites.
