According to this Rutgers study, entitled "Differences in Finger Length Ratios Between Self-Identified "Butch" and "Femme" Lesbians":

There is indirect evidence that heightened exposure to early androgen may increase the probability
that a girl will develop a homosexual orientation in adulthood. One such putative marker of early

...what the fuuuuuck? *stares at fingers* Uh...so if there's less distance between your pointer and ring finger, you're a femme lesbian?...but what if you're not all lesbian? o_O am I a 3/4 femme lesbian? Or something?

You might notice that the study's conclusion was basically a whole lot of nothing. :P Although it's actually based in fact; so, apparently, androgen exposure has been indirectly linked to both differing finger lengths and lesbianism...

@_@ Although, what if you're just, like, a 3/4ths lesbian who would get really mad if anyone tried to ID her as either butch or femme? *examines fingers again* xD
