I loved this entry. I especially love the fact that I'm reading it while I'm waiting to hear the telltale "pop" from the jars of strawberry jam I just canned.

:) This was my first attempt at canning and I was so intimidated. But they came out perfectly and YUM. I know what you mean about that "pop".
