Speaking as an iconer, I can always find icons that IMO completely own mine. (We're our own best critics, and all that. XP)
So, I say post! First, there can NEVER be too many ROOKIES-guys icons ♥ and you can always learn tricks from other icons, try to recreate them and learn new techniques!
Oooo! I use gimp but there is probably one thing you can help me with! If you dont mind?! Whenever I create an image in GIMP it'll look GREAT, then when I save it (generally as a jpg, or jpeg)It looses a bit of quality but still looks okay. Then when I upload it and slap it on a icon table it looks horrible and grainy. Is it the file type that I'm using or photobucket? are Gif or PNG better to use for icons

I dunno what program you're using, but if it's Photoshop of any kind and I can give any tips, let me know?
