It seems like when people post something online, you either get one of two things: people comment to you saying they like it, and those who thought it was complete and utter crap (though all it really needed was improvement) don't say anything. It goes for stories, and I've also seen it happen with custom content. And the more people go on just saying nice things the person making the stuff just continues to do so because they think everybody likes it- not improving a thing because they think the content or story is perfect the way it is.I've noticed that too. Your long comments came as a shock at first - that's how little I've actually had on that front. I do try to help people out too, where I can - although people are easily offended these days, so maybe some are just "scared" to leave critique

I see you've taken my advice and used the LJ cut. It really makes your journal look much more organized if you do that.

Wow, you pair them up too? That makes three of us! Another LJ friend of mine has them as a couple as well- and that was before we even found out about eachother.

I'm a bit obsessed with their son Bunker, and because of him, the legacy has turned into a full blown story. Therefore, I'm still up to generation 2. The oldest kids are teenagers now but will go into college pretty soon (possibly chapter 4). The Mace girls actually haven't gotten as much face time as the Terranos lately AT ALL. That will change soon though.

Haha, it's cool - like I'm one to talk ;) Yeah, with my tendency to write long chapters, I really needed it. My friend's page is thanking me for it already :)

I haven't paired them yet, but I will - it's probably the whole "Tank hates aliens, so let's fix him up with one" thing ;) Been making some of them over too - including our favourite ;) Moved the Pleasant teens into the same dorm, so with that, Stella and my self-sim, I've managed to fill a 10 room dorm. Let the fun begin... ;)

Like I said on your journal - can't say I blame you :) Interesting story developing there, like the whole "Bunker replacing Tank" for Buzz.

Did you fixed the format or anything after xel_squirgle_ox comments!??
because i was just a bit shocked after reading it lol!
I think your story is awesome and can't find anything on the format or layout in general :D and the language doesn't bother me at all either, but of course, English is not my first language so i don't tend to notice subtle differences on the accents

I loved the flashback on Johnny, how he looked, really left me shivering a bit, again, great touch! ;)

Gotta say we have very similar ideas in a few things here, not that is bad or anything, just called my attention. :)
I'm rewriting an old story atm, and the chapter i'm working now includes a few details about Buzz that are really close to your version, but of course i think some ideas are very implicit on their background.

and lastly .. i think i'm the other LJ friend who has Tank and Stella together!! <3 ROFL!!! mine still haven't breed tho (they are still college in fact and seam to be stuck there forever!)

Aww, thanks! :D Yeah, I fixed it after squirgle's comments. It's interesting with the different responses I'm getting on the dialogue, although she did raise a good point about trying to understand it, so I'm meeting halfway on that one. But thanks so much for your comments - was starting to get despondent on this for a moment. Unlike the other places though, I'll be posting random stuff here in between chapters - like the proverbial parallel universe things (more on that in a bit

Agree with you about the not being totally good or bad. i enjoy different takes, mine tend to be too much on the good side sometimes LOL but i do play many different games with the same hoods, so i get to play all kinds of alternatives of the families and sims :P

its good to have different option and takes, to read and to play imo, it makes simming fun and refreshing every time. :D
