well, good!

you might get a chance, in 30 or 40 years...

she has ambitions that kid. As early as when she was three she told me that when she grew up, she was going to be in the government and fix things, but it would be a different kind of government.

ditto. i love her platform, it's far more revolutionary than any of the others. however, i think she is a bit... california-centric... in her worldview. could she consider building more castles in NY, too?

Really, I'm for more castles everywhere. Toronto has one and it's awful.

I showed Rutabaga a youtube video of an Obama speech and a youtube video of a Clinton speech. She said she prefered Clinton. I didn't go into too much detail about representational democracy as a failed model, but I did think it was interesting that she was drawn to Clinton. Of course, Clinton and my beloved rooomate share a first name, so probably that plays a role in Ru's reaction.

yeah a shared first name can be a powerful thing.

Natasha hates mushrooms because I do, so I have no illusions about the source of her support for Obama.

If you ask me, there are plenty of adults who choose their candidate(s) based on far more ridiculous reasons than that. ;)

yeah another rad parent I know with a tween-aged daughter, the daughter is supporting clinton for the same reason. interesting!

oh and after she ended the war, got a home for everyone, and got more castles, she said she wouldn't be mayor anymore, so you know she's not in it for the power. she did say she'd keep living in a castle, though.

LOL. oh please world, let her keep her optimism!
