I'm happy for the year behind me, and hopeful for the year ahead of me.
There's a cold wind outside, the sky's unclouded, the stars are behind the fireworks; the yuletide's passed with familiar celebrations.
All things considered, 2008 turned far less sour than I thought, then and again, that it would.
One resolution I do dare to make: finish
