Methinks my cycle's in a funny phase again. Because I got all teary-eyed, listening to Queen's song Spread Your Wings, as covered by Blind Guardian and going oh, Sam.

Heh, the Show played us. My thought of Dean ending up killing Lanie was based on mishearing what 'John' said...if I'd heard it as 'he', I'd been suspecting Simon, too. :)

I am way too enamoured with that scene... with Dean constantly being aware of Sam, taking care of him, and Sam almost carelessly throwing away the physical manifestation (the soda can) of that worry...

Please tell me there's a meta out there about Sam throwing away the soda Dean tossed him earlier? And how it relates to the MythArc?

Don't know how it relates to the mytharc but it clearly warrants a character meta. Something about Sam doing what Dean says even though he doesn't like it and silent rebelling and such.

Re: whited-out. That's very possible and really wouldn't be the first time they've done that. In 3x13, canon stated that they have two months left, and here it would seem like they've been researching Dean's deal at least for the past week, maybe two (or even longer). So just that would leave us with max. 6-7 weeks until the deal's due which is still, y'know, *meep*.

I'm still waiting for one of those appear as a parody of a salesman. You know, with a flashy suit and mouth going mile a minute?

O.O Pride from "M7" immediately comes to mind. He was so awesome. Part of me wishes he had become the new big bad this season (although little girls dressed in pink also pack a punch ... you know, I was reminded in mylibrarian's meta/reaction post that no children have died on the show (at least that I can recall). It makes me wonder how Sam and Dean will defeat Lilith because we all know in the end the good guys triumph and little kids will live happily ever after (no word, however, about Sam and/or Dean going bad or Lilith not really being a little girl)).

Methinks Mary's in Hell, btw. [/random]I want Mary to be having picnics with John in some place of many fluffy clouds and butterflies. Speaking of random, did you notice the way Mary "destroyed herself" in "Home" (a puff of fire dissipating on the ceiling) is exactly the same way

Pride was so very awesome, yeah. The Show seems to have a habit of killing off the wonderful folk. Damn.
