I find it very doubtful that the staff don't know where this disaster came from. I think it's very interesting how tight-lipped they remain on anything that isn't how to clean up this mess.

To a degree. I understand that keeping the peace is important, and quelling discontent when we're restricted to these limited quarters as well.

Keeping some secrets is necessary to maintain order. We may not approve, but that's how it works in every world.

But I digress. I suspect they have plenty in the way of motivation, no matter the effort to stay silent.
