Fundraiser for Nadirah

My friend and beautiful belly dancer, Nadirah, has been diagnosed with cancer. She is having emergency surgery. So I am organizing a fundraiser for her,  which will be held during our normal Wed. Sept. 9th showcase at Lestat's West Theater.  Middle Earth Ensemble will be performing with some favorite local dancers.

just read it on bhuz too. everyone's worst nightmare this disease is. my mother in law and one of my best friends are both battling it, one of my sub teachers' mother. its everywhere. very scary.

so sorry to hear your mother in law and friend are fighting the battle too. i'm already helping 2 other people with cancer. why do so many people have this? it really is much more common than it used to be :( wishing your loved ones a full and speedy recovery.
