Дорогие друзья, Киев! На моем проекте открылась еще одна вакансия саппорт инженера, и я конечно же заинтересована в том, чтобы найти хорошего человека. Посему, описание ниже, а мне можете отправлять резюме тех, кому это интересно. От себя скажу, что работа интересная, разнообразная и не очень нервная (по сравнению с моей предыдущей, по крайней мере). Плюшки иностранной компании и командировок зарубеж рассказывать не буду, они очевидны :)

You are the ideal candidate if you are open to:

1. learning new applications;
2. traveling abroad;
3. communicating with people from around the world;
4. share your thoughts and ideas with the whole team;
5. improving the project and team work.

And you:

1. had previous experience in Customer Support;
2. have excellent interactive communication skills;
3. have English skills level Upper Intermediate or higher (other languages will be a plus);
4. are Advanced user in MS Windows 2000/NT/XP and MS Office;
5. have the MS/BS degree in Technical sphere or related, what is a major plus but not the must.

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

1. checking different customers’ 3D models and preparing the quotations for them;
2. basic fixing job of the 3D models in order to prepare them for 3D printing;
3. response on customers questions concerning 3D printing and the ways to create or to print 3D models;
4. cooperate with production facilities and communicate in the real time with colleagues from other offices.
