I love Chicago. It's one of my favorite cities and one of these days I'd like to spend a week of vacation there. Just on vacation. Not for ALA (which is next month), not for Country Living's Women Entrepreneur's Conference (last weekend) but strictly to have fun. We had fun. But we were there to work. Even if you don't get your 20 back, its good karma. I gave some guy in Atlanta money for the subway once (it may have been a scam) and years later Kristy and I and others got a free ride from Mount Vernon to the subway in DC.

I'm looking forward to Chicago. I'm truly not planning too many meetings. Have nothing else planned, but I'll probably be braver than my last trip. I have to look up some of the places I've seen on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives to see if there's anything close by. Hmmm food.
