A shadow of its former self.
Anna Destrier recently passed through.

I just opened a backloggery account. I find myself wondering what games I have previously played that I should put on there ... games that I never beat, but should have? Games that I did beat and that I'm proud of? It's a neat little widget, I must admit.

It's intentionally open to personal style, I think. For me, I put in all the games I have purchased and still physically own (carts, install discs, and what have you, plus paid-for downloadables like the Virtual Console), all the games I'd borrowed within the past year, plus a small selection of free downloadable titles I felt met a certain threshold of substance. Anything that didn't meet the criteria, such as Planescape:Torment whose install discs are missing, either didn't go in or was marked Null. Some folks de-list or Null items that they hate so badly they'll never play them again... but I kept all the stinkers. And I came up with those guidelines to fit what I'm using the Backloggery for: incentive to curb my random game purchases and finish stuff I have.

What's your ID on there? I'll be happy to expand my Friends list a bit and peruse your list whenever you have it up and running. ^.^

I'll paw through my titles and start logging things, then.

In regards to Mystery Dungeon (As it was mentioned in the "Now Playing"): The thread seems to be semi-active, mainly with the hardcore people. Lucky for you one fellow just finished up with the super mega endgame maze, so he's gonna give your rescue a shot. (I have every reason to believe he will do it, as he should be well equipped.) This dude is actually the guy that who got me through to the main game boss. He's good people!

I coulda said all this in the email, but I was here! And so i said it!
