I watched three hours of capoeira this afternoon, and now I want to try it. It just looks like so much fun, with the music and singing and dancing and acrobatics.....and simulated head-kicking. I'm at the point in the season where I feel boxed in by the rigidity of training. Everything is supposed to be a certain way, and I can't really bust out

.... probably not. I might be able to gain body fat, but i doubt weight......
