I like sushi, but if I'm going for my choice of far eastern cuisine in a restaurant I'd have to say scallion chicken-- especially if you can get it in a really good, authentic place, like in Chicago's Chinatown. To this day my taste buds still thank me for sitting down in that little eatery on the corner.

Although the same place has a sushi bar... I might have to see if they have mackerel.
