Hey, I just got my laptop back from the town. I figure there's probably a lot of other people who have gotten computers back by now.

Has anyone set up a network yet? I'd kind of like to get in on that if there is.

Seriously?! Awesome! The more the merrier. No network yet, but I hope someday to get the right equipment back for that.

There's no network? Considering how long people have been here, I thought someone would be on that by now...

Maybe someone in town has something that could help. Or maybe we could build it...

I could set one up, but bein' this is the 1950s, the right technology is in short supply 'round here.

Tell me about it... Dealing with the lack of technology is one of the worst things about this place.

It's a computer. They're all over the place where I come from. They're mostly used to store information and organize data. And for playing games.
