J is more than happy to PIN his new acquaintance to his apartment. There's the stairs, the kitchen area, the barely touched set of table and chairs, and, of course, the couches. All in an open layout with few doors.

He gestures over to the couches while he gets a bottle or two. "Take a seat, I'll get us a drink."

It's highly unlikely that anyone could be as positively gleeful as J at the moment. He wouldn't say why, but he would sweep the asker into a round of dancing that wouldn't stop until they demanded he stop twirling them around.
