Name a fandom, and I'll give you the scoop on at least three of my unpopular opinions related to that fandom.

Phoenix Wright?

1. I don't find Diego's behavior sexist. It didn't even really occur to me that people might, honestly; I apparently am missing something.

2. I'm glad there's no anime. I don't think the concept would translate well, and I think it would get boring pretty quickly.

3. I don't think Edgeworth and Fran should have been in GS3. Don't get me wrong, I squeed like a little fangirl, and it was clever how they did it, but it was kinda fanservicey for my tastes, and lessened some of the impact of 2-4.

Wait, when was Sheppard in a collar?

On the fandom thing - SGA?

That was during Condemned, when they're captured by the prisoners. The whole team was in collars and restraints. I kinda hate that episode, but I love that scene. For reasons.

And as for the opinions:

1. I appreciated that they killed Kate Heightmeyer. Obviously I didn't want her to die, but if they needed somebody to die, and they weren't going to need the character anymore, I appreciate that they gave her a resolution, albeit not a happy one.

2. Bates was a better XO than Lorne. If I needed somebody to watch my cat or take me to the prom, I'd pick Lorne, but if I was going to another galaxy and wanted somebody to watch my ass and keep my honest, I'd take Bates in a heartbeat.

3. I hate John's black workshirt. It doesn't fit, it's ugly, and it makes him look like he's going to do the gardening, not save the galaxy.

Being a crafter is like being addicted to coke. It's expensive, it gets everywhere, you meet the strangest people, and most of them are Republicans.

Okay, as a knitter myself, that made me *crack the fuck up*!

It's so true, though! Except that I think it's pretty rare for little old ladies to do coke.
