Apparently I feel the need to spam you people. Sorry?

Actually, I'm not. Take it as a sign that I'm somehow in a good mood or something.

I have a request.

I want some fucking EPIC music. Preferably instrumental. Think 'Ride of the Valkyries'. I want to listen to my mp3 player on the bus ride to work and feel like I'm charioting into battle or

I've got some Tocatta and Fugue if you want it.

Some other stuff two, but it's more NEW AGE LOL than epic. D:

Tocatta and Fugue in D Minor, which is the most awesome Bach song evar.

Sleeping Beauty from Swan Lake. It always makes me feel epic. >:

Trepak
(the Russian Dance from The Nutcracker)
Holidays are coming up, that's why I tossed that in there~

And, finally, I'm going to direct you to this page, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night soundtrack.
Bunch of kickass songs on there that are truly epic. However, I recommend:
Metamorphosis 1,
Dracula's Castle,
Door of Holy Spirits,
Enchanted Banquet,
The Tragic Prince,
The Door to the Abyss,
Final Toccata, and
Black Banquet.

Hope you like! :D

I can't give it to you internetly-wise, but I recommend Holst's Planets. Especially Jupiter. If you don't know them already, they're basically ripped off in every epic movie ever (LoTR jumps to mind). They're wicked. I have secret dreams of standing on the bridge of the Enterprise with Jupiter being piped in while we go where no one has gone before!

Yess, I've got some of them already. Jupiter is mighty cool.

Also, Mozart's Requiem. Specifically Dies Irae. Oh, oh, oh, and O Fortuna, by Carl Orff. And maybe a little bit Prelude (I swear, that's what it's called), as played by Yo Yo Ma, because it is orgasm-by-cello.

My other Planets favourites are Uranus and Neptune, though I admit that Neptune is just weird and Uranus is of the crazy.

I like Mars because someone stole it and put it in the final level in Super Mario Bros.

Haha you should ask my dad next time you're over! He's secretly a wine-and-cheese-classical-music guy. Really! I know he doesn't seem like it at alllll haha.

Speaking of the Planets, the Gladiator soundtrack has some pretty epic stuff on it (I mention the Planets cause the battle music is heavily borrowed from Mars - The Bringer of War).

Clint Mansell is, as seen above, good too. The soundtrack for The Fountain has a lot of slower stuff, but also some epic, awesome moments as well (second last track especially, I think its called Death is the Road to Awe).

I can't think of anything else off hand right now.
