Summary: Dean just wants to hang with his friends but little brothers come with the territory. Author's note: My day was crappy and I decided to finish this little fic to make me happy. Hope it makes you all happy too.

D'aww! This had me all tearing up thinking of baby turtle sushi. *sniff* I loved it. And totally related to it. Except the fist-fighting. As girls we usually got into hair pulling and name-calling.

Man, I remember SO many times being told I had to take one of my sibs or not go. And then the scene where Dean went from irritated at Sam to "I'll fucking kill them" at the thought that they might've actually really hurt Sam? Yup. As Scout Finch said, "Ain't nobody gonna do Jem thata way."

Great story and glimpse into their childhood. I even saw John's semi-reluctant half-grin in his few lines.

I didn't fistfight with my sister either - but most of the boys I hung around with did. (no they didn't fistfight with my sister - she probably would have kicked their asses. I wasn't even a hair puller - mostly I just ran faster than my little sister and it was that that saved me when she wanted to tag along.

Unless mom MADE me bring her.

Aw, man, you packed such a rollercoaster of emotions in this story I don't know whether I'm proud of the Winchesters for kicking ass or sad about Sammy crying over the turtle...

Thanks to you, other folks can read about the Winchesters in this one! Thanks for your eagle eyes! I'm both proud and sad. I can see Sammy being so angry about the turtle that he sees red (and not red eared slider red) but then his heart just losing it over the poor little guy. *pets little Sammy*
