So I got this in my askbox on Tumblr a few days ago, and the darn thing won't let go.

(It's still me: the one about posting) well.. I'd love to read something about Finnick after his Games: how the relationship with his family changes, how his friends react. And then what happens after he's sold. I'd really really love to read this written by you

This totally needs to be written by somebody! I liked what you did with Finnick's old friend Marcos in Victorious-Rebellious. He was a good OC, their interactions rang true.

I've got all these little things I "know" about Finnick's backstory, most of which I've never written down, some of which are incorporated into standalone drabbles or flashbacks in Treading Water. It'll be a challenge to neither contradict myself nor to plagiarize myself. :P

ha oh man yes i know this feeling (what I should be working on and what shiny thing my brain decides to poke at are soooo not the same)

I will be unhelpful though and say you should TOTALLY write the thing, that would be awesome.
