Ohhhhh MS is one of the worst things ever, that's awful. I'm thinking and praying for you, Jane and her husband, and any and all loves ones affected by this.

This breaks my heart. There've been so many advances in the last fifteen years, but there still some people for whom there is just too little help. I'm so sorry your friend's disease has progressed to this level. I just thank God she has a spouse who is still there for her through it all, and friends who care. She's in my prayers.
