I love the image of them holding each other in rain and I love that line about the girl with the sea in her eyes as well. Really vivid work :)

This made me happy. I loved it because it always see Finnick as being touch-deprived without really understanding it. He's harassed, molested and raped, but none of that actually counts as touch. He's starving for comfort and intimacy. I definitely see Annie as the one who would teach him the value of consensual touch.
