So. I've had this idea percolating for a while that I want to vid Muse's Undisclosed Desires as a kind of love letter to my favorite female characters, but, even after thinking it over for a couple of months, I can't decide whether I want to do a general, multi-fandom vid or a wash-the-misogynistic-taste-from-my-mouth BSG-centric vid. Vid all the women! Okay so in my head most of them are BSG women anyway. :P How about BSG women with guest appearances by others?

I'm totally torn, but either way you go I think this would make for a KICKASS and cathartic vid.

The BSG women would probably make for a tighter vid, and you could focus in on the characters and parallels more.

But there are so many other ladies that would work well with this song! I think the ladies of the Buffyverse and Firefly would be excellent candidates for a start. Ladies from other fandoms you like...Aeryn Sun from Farscape. Sarah and Elie from Chuck. Sarah from TSCC. Sookie and Jessica from True Blood. The companions from DW. Uhura. I'm not sure if you have/watch Legend of the Seeker, but this theme would be AWESOME for Kahlan and Cara.

Either way, I hope this vid bunny gets made. I love the song+concept!
