remix help
I thought I knew what I wanted to do for a remix, started writing it (today, due Sunday - oy), and then realized that my plan may not actually qualify as a remix. O_O
The fic I'm remixing is longish and made up more vignettes that make up a life. One of these vignettes really resonated with me and made me want to write backstory about one of the two characters involved - not the main character of the rest of the fic. That one scene from the fic being remixed is the core of the fic I want to write, but it's probably going to be the only point of intersection.
Would that qualify as a remix?
