No making changes to your vids at Premiere is totally fine from what I know. It'll always be on the con DVD so people will see that version whenever they watch it but you can also have different online/other DVD versions. In fact I'm changing a clip in one of mine because I had an epiphany about what clip to use after I submitted it.
