Because I think that there are so many moments when Michael struggles to maintain composure (though truth be told, I like it best when he loses it).

I think you are the queen of characterization. I mean, honestly, from the first line through, you had Madeline down perfect. Looking forward to more of this. [Aside: I couldn't help but want to yell at Madeline for smoking with a kid with cancer in her home! At least she had him far away from her...]
