That was fantastic SB! The song, and it's not my kind of music at all, was sorta creepily perfect for them. And you have a unique talent for picking shots of Michael Trucco where he looks sexy as hell. (He's a very good looking guy but at select times, I think he's a little unphotogenic). The aged/dirty look of the footage was such a nice effect too.

I'm so glad that worked. :D All I did was take a screencap of the random visual effects that play when you listen to music on your computer and then cleaned it up and put it in the vid as an overlay on a whim. I'd really meant to use it just for making icons. :P

You make most amazing intros! And, you are the queen of non-linear editing!
Really, I love this song, it's so raw and dark and fits to Kara/Anders relationship. I can't tell which part I liked the best but, aside from the intro and the ending, I think that would be both refrains. (Better yet the second one with sweat mega-mix O_o)

Oooh. So this is totally interesting because it's so much darker than I usually see Kara/Sam. Which is probably naive of me - there's totally some messed up stuff there but it always struck me as "messed up and sad" rather than "fucked up and scary", you know? The whole Sam-as-a-Cylon/Kara-as-the-Harbinger-of-Death made it seem starcrossed and destined and messily romantic rather than bleak and horrifying and dangerous and dark.

But you sell it in this video - which I basically read as being from Sam's viewpoint as he grappled with his newfound identity - and it was really cool to see that story with darker undertones.

You made a real alternate (to me!) interpretation of the text. Kudos!

Thank you so much. I don't think I've ever made someone look at something differently with one of my vids before. And yes, you read it exactly the way I meant it, so yay for that, too. This vid is from Sam's POV, trying to deal with all that life is throwing at him right now, from the end of the worlds to the unexpected relationship with Kara to learning that everything he knew before was a lie to doubting himself where he's never doubted before to sending friends to their deaths and then having to wonder if it was all for some unknown Cylon agenda where he'd thought it was to free humanity. Um, sorry. I think that may have gone just a little meta on you.
